Food very good. Service very good. Wine tasting with menu better than most - but I have never had one as good as with David Martinez - despite various attempts in numerous Spanish restaurants. But Playing Solo is definitely worth a visit. Varied and tasty food. Well presented. Service good - everyone knowing their role.
Give it a go. I doubt that you will be disappointed.

Truly an unique experience, blending European ingredients and culinary techniques with Japanese ones with perfect harmony. The wine and sake selection was divine! I am definitely coming back to Playing Solo!

A spectacular intimate dining experience featuring one-on-one time with Chef Caballero while you watch him prepare each course and then present each dish along with his excellent choice of wine pairings. Chef's passion comes through with each and every dish, in both presentation and taste. The service and delivery were made possible too by his wonderful Maître Agnella and her colleague who were on point with attentive, impeccable service. The ambiance and music further enhanced the entire dining experience making it one of our top dining experiences. Incredible value for money especially when compared to French Laundry in Napa.
