The entire experience and the food were impeccable. I sat the chefs table and was so impressed at the standard set in creating a delicious menu for guests. Loved it!

Sitting at the Chef's table it was very nice and interesting to see how all dishes are made, the attention and care in choosing the ingredients. Excellent service and very good food, made it an unforgettable experience.

good start - nice reception, good cocktail at bar. then - at table.. we were offered to pick two different menus (great!) but then they mixed up several courses. how difficult can it be? service was not attentive at all. when we decided to pour the water ourselves (as many waiters had passed our table, none of them taking notice of our empty glasses), one of them was darting up to our table, grabbed the bottle, and poured himself. totally unneccesary, and highly unprofessional. btw this also happened at other tables. at one point, they would take away a half full bottle of water, without being asked to do so. lastly.. the food... unfortunately mediocre at best. i had the tradizionale menu. the opener ("caprese") was tasteless with a strange gelatin mass at the bottom, the "vitello" was way too big of a portion, the meat was cut very thick, was there tuna at all? the "tiramisu" was an undefined mass of cream topping some crunchy bottom. sorry but this was not what i expected.

Service was exceptional. Staff was extremely helpful to help us get a cab after dinner. Ingredients used in their food were fresh and well presented. Ambience was excellent with live performance by the pianist. A restaurant worth every penny. Try it if you are in Milano.

The team at Procaccini Milano went above and beyond what we expected when we chose to celebrate my daughter's 19th birthday there. What a truly memorable experience for her... it is one she will not soon forget! Thanks for everything you did and set up.
