good start - nice reception, good cocktail at bar. then - at table.. we were offered to pick two different menus (great!) but then they mixed up several courses. how difficult can it be? service was not attentive at all. when we decided to pour the water ourselves (as many waiters had passed our table, none of them taking notice of our empty glasses), one of them was darting up to our table, grabbed the bottle, and poured himself. totally unneccesary, and highly unprofessional. btw this also happened at other tables. at one point, they would take away a half full bottle of water, without being asked to do so. lastly.. the food... unfortunately mediocre at best. i had the tradizionale menu. the opener ("caprese") was tasteless with a strange gelatin mass at the bottom, the "vitello" was way too big of a portion, the meat was cut very thick, was there tuna at all? the "tiramisu" was an undefined mass of cream topping some crunchy bottom. sorry but this was not what i expected.

10/10Service was exceptional. Staff was extremely helpful to help us get a cab after dinner. Ingredients used in their food were fresh and well presented. Ambience was excellent with live performance by the pianist. A restaurant worth every penny. Try it if you are in Milano.
