5.5/10We booked through The Fork, but upon arrival, we were told the discount wasn’t available due to a kitchen issue. Instead, they offered us a set menu for 28 CHF. Meanwhile, guests at the next table were served different dishes because “they had arrived earlier at 7 PM”. The bill was incorrect, though they eventually applied The Fork discount. Be honest and stick to what you promise guests from the start. Never coming back.
