We have been first time in this place. It is definitely something what Delft need - classy atmosphere, interesting and unusual choices in menu, very good and thoughtful service.The concept of menus ( you can pick out of 5 and 7) ,matching wines ( you can have full or half-"glass " which is really good if you went for 7th course-). I would not go much into the menu , especially because guys make sure it changes every 2 months, but let me reassure you their kitchen makes a lot of efforts to turn usual things into very much gastronomic discovery. However I definitely like to pay a tribute to the ceviche in passion-fruit marinade,it was absolutely mind blowing. We liked that there is a focus on biological products and responsible farming, as well as sourcing supplies from local farmers and even growing some in own garden.I personally loved that staff took an initiative and reserved for us a table outside ( we booked initially inside as weather conditions were not clear).
