10/10Delft centre is charming and every other building appears to house a restaurant. Maybe the competition brings out the best in such circumstances but La Tasca is exceptionally good whatever the reason. It is confirmation if it were needed that high quality ingredients cooked with understanding, great skill and enormous love and care can produce exceptional results. Our 3 course dinner plus desert was beautiful. Add high quality service and settings and you have a wonderful place for a meal.

Country kitchen as inspiration Located on one of the prettiest canals of Delft, you'll find restaurant La Tasca, where the food is inspired by the rural cuisine around the Mediterranean sea. The dishes are prepared daily with fresh, biological and regional ingredients. That's why they don't have a standard menu, but you tell them your wishes and the chef prepares a terrific multiple course menu for you. Hospitality runs through the veins of this team!
