Excellent Japanese and fusion with impeccable service in the context of a pleasant garden. Atmosphere was spoilt by loud music from terrace of nearby hotel, which was a pity. We found the drinks rather overpriced (15 Eur/bottle of water, 80 Eur as baseline for bottle of wine).

Dining at Shiso was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere felt warm and elegant without being overdone, and the service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and never rushed. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, with just the right balance of tradition and creativity. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtful and perfectly executed. I’ll definitely be coming back!
