The sushi was overall excellent. For a one stride would have preferred a longer menu but in that respect it is what it is. The bigger issue was service. When it comes to wine - the sommelier did not follow CMS standards for serving champagne, and the floor staff constantly wanted to fill my glass. It was too much. Then, after my meal, the pastry chef had already left / even though it was only 11:00 pm / so I could not get a chocolate desert to pair with my PX. So overall….solid good, meh service. Lots to improve. Unsure if I will come back.

The art and room design created a transformative space. We were about to begin a journey, unplanned and not anticipated and all delicious.
We joined the environment, the Team made us comfortable and three hours later we were beyond satisfied.

The star on the table should have been the fish - but too strong sauces, too sour sushi rice or too creative versions like „Pina Colada Sushi“ are putting the focus away from the (indeed of great quality) fish.
The service is nice but giving the impression beeng under time pressure.
Furthermore was it always „windy“ that I was freezing.
Overall: too expensive.

The menu du chef was a very good surprise with great fresh food, great associations of flavors and taste all along - and the wine pairing was also great as we discovered 2 new wines for us: the white Mandolas/Oremus with 100% furmint grapes, and the red Lousas from Encinate with 100% Mencia grapes which was perfect to finish with an almost pure fish and seafood menu. In other words an unforgettable experience for a personal celebration…
