The star on the table should have been the fish - but too strong sauces, too sour sushi rice or too creative versions like „Pina Colada Sushi“ are putting the focus away from the (indeed of great quality) fish. The service is nice but giving the impression beeng under time pressure. Furthermore was it always „windy“ that I was freezing. Overall: too expensive.

The menu du chef was a very good surprise with great fresh food, great associations of flavors and taste all along - and the wine pairing was also great as we discovered 2 new wines for us: the white Mandolas/Oremus with 100% furmint grapes, and the red Lousas from Encinate with 100% Mencia grapes which was perfect to finish with an almost pure fish and seafood menu. In other words an unforgettable experience for a personal celebration…
