Friendly owners, doing their best to speak some Dutch. First thing we heard when we arrived; “no pizza today”. So we changed our choice, but again … “we ran out of bolognaise”. We were the first customers of the evening shift, and no bolognaise sauce?! Our children ordered gnocchi, but is was served cold. My dinner was ok, but I have strongly the impression that this place is some kind of tourist trap, located in the same street as the Cirque Royal (big event venue); focus on quantity and not on quality.

Great food, absolutely finger licking and don’t miss their tiramisu. And very warm, attentive service so that you feel right at home. The restaurant itself needs a hit of renovation, but if you’re not bothered with basic ambience but into the food - it’s a good place.

The restaurant is popular and the chef is attentive to his guests. It is a good "trattoria" to share a meal with friends and family. Good portion.
