When we asked for the menu, they informed us that they do not give the discount they offer and the service was very bad. They make you feel as if they are doing you the favor of serving you and they laughed among themselves after pointing us out. Attention, apart from not applying the discount, they charge you extra when they themselves suggest another type of pasta. They did not have gluten-free noodles and offered me gnocchi with a supplement of 3€. By ethics, they should tell you whether or not it will be a supplement. We will never come back

I visited this Italian restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, it fell short. The main course took an excessive amount of time to arrive, which really affected the overall experience. When it finally did, the quality was underwhelming – the dish lacked the flavors and authenticity one would hope for from an Italian meal. It tasted like something that could easily be made at home.

Being Italian, I was quite excited to try this restaurant so I booked a table for me and my partner on a wednesday night. The ambiance was nice and the food tasty, even if I didn't get what I ordered. The only vegan appetizer on the menu wasnt' available but the kitchen offered to put together a substitute on the spot, and I really appreciated it. As a main dish, I received something different from what I ordered (some sort of seitan caponata instead of the "seitan spezzatino al Montepulciano", listed on the menu). Even though the dish was tasty, I'd have appreciated a heads up. Overall, it would have been a pleasant night if it wasn't for the poor service, which made it a bit stressful. We received the appetizers before the drinks and had to ask for the them ourselves twice, even though they had already been ordered. There is clearly some lack in communication between the staff, as we received a main dish as soon as we started to eat the appetizers and had to send it back and more...

Dreadful experience. Have been many times and had good experiences, but this time was extremely poor. Waited 90 minutes for our food, which they forgot to order. After 60 minutes we were angrily told it was busy, when we enquired, only to hear they’d in fact forgotten. One of the three dishes - pasta - was served cold and congealed. When we requested a change the same pasta came back reheated. Genuinely some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in six years in Belgium and I was ashamed to have travelled across the city with my mum who is visiting Brussels, to eat here. When we complained they offered a single free beer and limoncello. 90 minutes?! Then they told us they serve 300 covers a day and we were ‘unlucky’. Not a stitch of contrition of good grace. Shame on them. Lost two previously loyal customers. Don’t risk being ‘unlucky’.

Signora Lecomber, La ringraziamo per aver riportato l'accaduto. Come lei ben sa', tutta l'equipe si é scusata per il ritardo causato da un errore dovuto alla connessione internet dei nostri tablet, ed una disattenzione nei confronti del vostro tavolo dal personale di sala, che avrebbe dovuto monitorare maggiormente i tempi. Tuttavia è nostro dovere sottoscrivere il gesto commerciale che differisce da quanto menzionato. In effetti é stato applicato uno sconto di - tre limoncelli - due birre - una bottiglia di Etna Rosso -una bottiglia di acqua Per un totale di 60 euro. Vorremmo che si riportasse con trasparenza l'accaduto. abbiamo riconosciuto l'errore di gestione del tavolo. Ci dispiace ancora per la spiacevole serata. Buona giornata.
