We had a fabulous lunch after our Olympic event. In spite of the busy time, the service was impeccable. The menu was not very long but the venison special, lasagna, and pasta dishes our group of three had were excellent. The suggested wine pairings were perfect for each dish and our palates. A must stop if we are ever in Cortina again.

My partner and I spent New Year’s Eve here for the €600pp menu and sadly left feeling disappointed and somewhat scammed. I rarely complain about prices, but the dishes did not justify the cost or the restaurant’s Michelin ambitions. After an average caviar spoon and swordfish bite, we were served pickled radish and celery as a full course, followed by only 3 pieces of scampi in an overly rich sauce with no acidity for balance. The rosemary risotto with cold trout and sweet fruit jelly clashed badly in flavour, and the monkfish wrapped in cabbage was overcooked and tough. Dessert was simply biscuits with jam and yoghurt — very underwhelming for the price. Overall, the ingredients, execution and value felt far below expectations for a special New Year’s menu, and nowhere near what €600pp should deliver...

Service was nice and professional Most wines were about 4 times the retail price - having a big cellular at home, we buy a lot of wine ! We understand that this is the way restaurants survive but the usual markup is around 3 … they also have a big gap between what the waiter named “basic wines” (less than 70 euros a bottle) and the rest of the wine list which starts above 200 euros We expected a better management of their wine list

We had a wonderful meal at De Len. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent with a wonderful twist on the local specialties and it had a lovely ambiance, soft lighting, stylish design.

Pleasant atmosphere, nice service, good meal (fish was soft with well matched souce and side; tiramisu was one of the best taht I have ever tried in Italy).
