This restaurant is remarkable from every perspective. The ambiance is lovely. The service impeccable. The food we tasted was a creative twist on very traditional local specialties, with super fresh ingredients. The wine list is extensive. And they kindly accommodated a time change to our reservation at the last minute. We loved the entire experience and highly recommend it.

Service was very good, but food was below average, salad was oversalted, pasta had no taste at all, dish with truffles didn’t have any truffles. Octopus was the only dish we liked. Well prepared.

This is a true find with exceptional food. We ate there twice and had wonderful bottles of wine from their cellar. The manager is a great source of reference to his wine with the food. A must on the list

The restaurant is an absolute gem! The ambiance and decor are spectacular, the food is amazing, but above all the staff is extremely professional, kind and welcoming! We had an excellent dinner and will be back surely!

Our 3rd dinner at Puglia region and by far the best experience - thanks to Fork. This restaurant is placed inside a typical Masseria so you can easily miss it without Fork - there is no sign in front of Masseria But ambience, proffesionalism of staff, food and wine all perfect. For sure we can return back if we will be visiting the area again
