I loved the location! It was hidden from the crowds in Brera, but still had all of the charm of the neighborhood. The food and service were excellent! Looking forward to going back.

Our server was wonderful. Her wine recommendation was perfect and she was charming. Food was a mixture of “innovative” and “classic.” We tried a mix and the innovative dishes were excellent while the classics were bland. So, when you go…get innovative!

Cute spot in good neighborhood to walk around. Have the risotto (cheesy!), the salmon (huge and fresh!), and quadri pasta (dreamy savory!). Great house wines.

Went to Ross Brera on a rainy Friday evening. It was moderately busy, but not full. When we arrived, we were directed by the maitre d to sit downstairs. Having made our reservation months in advance, we were somewhat bothered that we could not sit in the main dining area. When we expressed our desire to sit on the main dining area, we were accommodated. We shared the Greek salad which was sufficient for two people to share and it was fresh and delicious. We both had the paccheri pomodoro which was served piping hot and was quite good. It was slightly creamy but very light and tasty. We shared the tiramisu which was a bit disappointing and did not appear to be made at the restaurant. Overall, Rosso Brera on this night was better than average but not what I was expecting given the highly positive reviews I read.

Hard to find restaurant, the taxi cannot bring you close enough. It is a pedestrian area. Food was not fresh made but from a micro wave oven. Tasted terrible. Risotto had no flavour, no seafood to be found in it, only cheese. the cheese flavour was overwhelming. The meat was so overcooked that it looked like leather. Apparently the staff knew about the poor quality because they avoided our table. Only the water and the wine were acceptable. What a big disappointment for 133 euros!

the ossobuco was great, meat was so tender but rice was more on the softer side… the ragu al cinghale was not bad, not overly salty but could be little more flavorful. service was nice although we waited abit long for the food.
