5.5/10Santa Felicita restaurant was booked using TheFork app. I was notified by TheFork I could pay using their app while I was having dinner at Santa Felicita. I paid using the app and as we walked out, I told the restaurant staff we paid using TheFork app. A staff member said, “Oh! That’s not acceptable because they (TheFork) holds our money for too many days. We ended up having to pay the restaurant so we could leave. I spent the next few days with my credit card and TheFork trying to straighten this all out during my vacation. TheFork does not have a number you can call, it’s all handled via chat/text. I had to take screen shots, highlight the areas that I wanted my credit card (CC) to read so I would be credited. I FINALLY was told by my CC today they are crediting my account for the double charge. The food was just ok. The service was lacking bc none of the staff told me not to pay using TheFork’s app. I believe they knew I reserved via the app. It was not a way to start my vaca.

10/10What an absolute gem of an eatery. For such a small personal restaurant the menu is superb, amazing value and super menu and food, highly recommended.

8.5/10The service was friendly and professional. The food was very good. A great spot just over the PonteVechio in a small square. Great location and although you are not surrounded by locals (impossible in that area) it does not feel too touristy. The menu is extensive with something for everybody. We enjoyed it very much.
