10/10Mamma Gina has been a favorite of ours for the last three years. No trip to Florence is complete without enjoying the Osso Buco, the Mamma Gina's chicken, the lightest gnocchi in Tuscany and the reasonably priced wine list. The staff are very authentic and are kind & patient with tourists--which sometimes isn't the case in Florence. We just love it there and look forward to our next visit

10/10We felt like we were eating at home. The staff were friendly and helpful with our selections. We were given a taste of Ribollita and it was delicious. Our pasta dishes were excellent. We would visit again on our next trip to Florence.

I searched for a place with good reviews and made a reservation, and even though I went alone, I was able to enjoy a very pleasant meal. The weather was cold, but the Florence-style minestrone was wonderfully warm, comfortingand delicious.

8/10While the food was exceptionally delicious and the service was top notch, I didn’t like to be seated at the back because I was a tourist. It didn’t feel like an authentic experience and was separate from everyone else.

9.5/10Our server was helpful and patient with us. The menu was typical for Florence and everything we ate was delish! The restaurant was close to Ponte Vecchio bridge making it easy to find. We had a lovely time and we would go back.

10/10The service, the ambiance, and food was great! This was our first time eating there and will NOT be our last! I had the pappardelle with boar sauce and my wife had the pici with ragu both sauces were excellent but the ragu was by far The best I ever had!! The house red wine at 18 euros was also excellent. Do not miss going here when in Florence, The server Antonella was excellent and helpful with food selection!

10/10Mamma Gina’s is a lovely ristorante, with excellent food and attentive service. We had a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees, all cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Like her sister restaurant in Palm Desert, California, this is one place you want to return to again and again.

7/10The pasta dishes were good. We ordered sauteed spinach that we couldn't eat, it tasted bad. The chicken with cognac cream sausage mushrooms was just okay. Wasn't as flavorful as I was hoping for. House red wine was good. Service was good.

8/10We enjoyed having dinner at mamma Gina! We ordered fried lampredotto, friend zucchini’s flowers and two second course s with two glasses of chianti wine. The atmosphere was great, nice service as well! Well done!

10/10Great restaurant and amazing staff, we had dinner there and plates were absolutely delicious, it was an amazing experience and we really enjoyed everything. I strongly recommend this restaurant. We will repeat another time before we leave Florence.
