4/10Whilst the food was delicious, the service was poor despite the fact we were the only ones sat inside the restaurant. We were kept waiting to order our food, and had to ask for the wine menu. The menus were dirty and something you'd find in a cafe. Disappointing evening.

6/10Food was good filler. Arrived late to the city and just needed something. Waiter a bit pushy on antipasto, over sold us on quantity. We ordered pastas - good serving size and taste. When the bill arrived, there were two boxes for tip and the waiter pointed them out to me. This occurred at same time I hand him the credit card. He asked for either a 10% or 20% tip. Hey - thought we were in Europe where there is no tipping? Not going back because of this.

8/10Both my companion and I enjoyed our meal. The battered and deep-fried artichoke bites were excellent and could easily be shared. The tomato which went with the polpettini was full flavoured. The house chianti very acceptable but not a very generous glass. My companion pronounced both his pasta dishes very good. Definitely an above average Florentine dinner
