Chef Thomas is a very thoughtful and talented chef, far beyond his years. Everything was perfectly presented and marvelously delicious. A very special place that one would be blessed to fall upon. One of my favorite restaurants. The owners are remarkably warm and one is a terrific sommelier. Food is outstanding both in content and, more importantly, in flavor. And sitting by the edge of the Mediterranean Sea is such a joy. Among other virtues, the restaurant is actually quite good value for money considering the high quality of food and service.
