We were looking for a vegetarian restaurant in the area and we found Semina. (Although the menu is not only vegetarian). Every single dish was absolutely delicious. All the Ingredients are genuine and can clearly be tasted. The ambient is comfortable and the air conditioning helped in such a warm day. Definitely suggested is you are in Sulmona.

Wonderful restaurant! Small venue run by a lovely young couple - the chef is a talent and delivers meals that are both elegant and delicious! I and my friends enjoyed their Easter dinner tasting menu and it was fabulous! Will definitely be back!

A wonderful new restaurant in Sulmona. Tucked away on a side street, it is small but beautifully appointed. Lovely classy dark green theme in a simple but modern style. It only lost a point because I was close to the door and had to keep getting up to shut it to avoid getting cold. The food was outstanding. We opted for the 5 course tasting menu which was very reasonably priced. Each plate presented beautifully, all made with vegetables grown in their own local orto. For a change, there were lots of vegetables on offer and every one was a delight for the palate. Original combinations presented in original ways. Complimenti!! Service was very personal too and the chef came out to present each one.
