Unfortunately the main thing that let this restaurant down was that albeit they said the fish that day wasn’t to the level they have at the restaurant which is fair enough, that they only have salmon and tuna. This was extremely disappointing and had we known prior to sitting down we likely would have gone elsewhere. This is very common fish which we could have anywhere so it did let the whole meal down really! This is what sushi is and to be told we didn’t think many people would have sushi at an Asian restaurant was surprising.. the sashimi was removed from the bill as a gesture of good will which was appreciated but it stopped us ordering a lot more and we left hungry as we didn’t just want tuna and salmon for the whole meal!

A very unfortunate experience, the service was acceptable but certainly not what would be expected in a 5 star hotel, there was little atmosphere and a lot of 'buzzing' around by the staff. with regard to the food, the starters were ok - Wakami and Tartaro, the Tom Kha Gai soup was absolutely terrible, no flavour whatsoever, it was as though they had just poured coconut milk over a few vegetables and the chicken was non existent. The main course was no better, tasteless very little meat in any dishes. All very overpriced All in all I would not recommend eating here until there has been some serious uplift in the food quality
