Silvestre is simply wonderful, from its exceptionally varied menu and wine list to its attentive service and inviting decor. It has a soul, or perhaps two, thanks to its owners Guillermo and Marta. We visited three times during our recent stay in Barcelona and each was special. The only difficulty you will have is deciding on which dishes to have. Be sure to make a reservation, though, as it has a loyal clientele (note: although The Fork will allow you to book an 8:00 PM seating, the first available for dinner is actually 8:30).

this restaurant is a great find. the food is non pretentious yet of supreme quality in term of ingredients preparation, presentation and of course taste.
