SPICY LEAVES I absolutely loved SINTESI. Amazing food, very friendly and down to earth stuff. A true culinary experience. It’s not easy to surprise my tasting buds, but their “spicy leaves” (that’s not how they call it - but they’ll know) are hands down a must try. Soo good!

All the dishes were absolutely amazing, well-balanced, delicious, and sometimes surprising in texture. The presentation was neat and meticulous. The freshly prepared bread went perfectly with the meal, though it’s best not to eat too much so you can enjoy all the other courses. The place is cosy and the service was ideal. Asked to shorten the duration of the experience, and they adjusted it just as requested. Definitely a place worth returning to! Quick tip: traffic from Rome can be heavy on weekends, be prepared

Slow food experience with somevery tasty surprises. Don't skip the "bread menu" and make sure to keep a tiny space for bitesize deserts - not the ones on the menu but the complimentary ones which come at the end just as the welcome bites you have started with.

Simple but creative decorations, like the arch with natural flowers that crosses the guest room. Otherwise this is a rather relaxed place, despite the Michelin star. A homely bar, simple tables – but very attentive service. Only 100 Euro for the nine course menu degustatizione, a long wine list with the best coefficients that you will find in the one star league of Lazio. Superb food, creative, with a lot of attention to details.

Excellent service, food was superb from first course to dessert. Reasonably priced for the quality. Good quality wines to take by the glass if you do not want a whole bottle.
