Before we booked 22:15 last night, it was said that there is 40% off so we took it. But and the end of the service we asked if “it has 40% off right?” then their Manager (i guess) just laughed. The total bill was 53,80€ (21,95x2 persons), + 3,30x3 (refrescos). The lower part of the ticket says “DESCUENTO” which is DISCOUNT but it was 0.00€. We have ticket to show as a proof.

We used to love this place but had a very long black hair in our food today (which didn’t come from the waiters or kitchen staff?!?) When we wanted to complain it took 45 mins to get us the right complaint forms. Broke our ???? as we really liked this place.

We called into the restaurant saying we would arrive a bit late and when we arrived, we were greeted rudely saying we were late, although we did call prior explaining the situation. We ended up getting a seat in the practically empty restaurant and passively told that we would still get the discount with the fork, but not a nice way to start off a dining experience. The rest of the service by the waiters was very good and the food was average.

The good was amazing, everything was served really fast and we order a lot so we got really full. even though the discount wasn’t included with the buffet menu the price was really good for the individual plates we ordered

The restaurant looks nice and the food was quite good but the service and atmosphere weren’t great. It certainly wasn’t a dining experience. Food is obviously pre prepared which is fine (I think they have some kind of buffet offer on) but it meant that everything is rushed out. We got food seconds after ordering it and before we had our drinks. The restaurant still has covid partitions up which I didn’t think was necessary as tables were all sat so far apart and further took away from the ambience. I don’t think we would go back, maybe it’s fine for lunch but I wouldn’t recommend for dinner .

Menú buffet: 25€ per person (including one “mandatory” drink), a lot of rice in every portion without any balance with other ingredients. The waiters barely spoke with me, orders and interactions were done on a pice of paper left on the table
