Our server David, was so patient and did a really. good job at helping us decide what to order

Food was good. Restaurant was empty when we walked in. Had to wait to be asked for drinks. Food ordered and had to wait again as they served other people's food who had walked in a good 15 minutes after us. Server could smile a bit more. we asked for ketchup and she threw it on the table.

place was dirty, the orders were wrong(the side) and the discount wasn't initslly applied initially, we had to remind them that we had a reservation. Attention was ok but slow even when there were only other 3 tables with ppl

Consistency, ordered two onion loafs, the first was ok, just ok; the next one was much better.! Paid the same for both

We waited for a table. The food took forever and the order was not what we had ordered. We had already waited 30 minutes for the wrong food and the waiter and manager didn’t even bother apologizing. We left before the actual order came. The staff was rude, and every table around us was waiting for food forever. Many of the tables had food in front of one or two guests while the rest off the table waited for their plates. Never going to this place again. Worst restaurant experience in all Madrid

Good kitchen and tasty food (ribs especially), but the overall service is so/so + AWFUL toilets. If you wanna eat outside – it will cost you addition 20%

Arrived at 7:30 was closed . Had hungry kids so had to take them to Burger King next door! Doors didn’t open in Tony romas till 7:50

It’s been a few years since my last visit to a Tony Roma’s in Madrid and it’s a completely different experience. The food is insipid and only lukewarm. The hamburger had no flavour and tasted of caramelised onion only. The bun was sweet. Despite being only half full, the restaurant was very loud.

The food was delicious and David, our waiter, was an excellent server

Great service, the staff was impeccable! Very attentive without being pushy. I haven't had such a service in non-luxury restaurants in ages in Spain.

Good service , accepted the yums discount without any problems, very reasonably priced and great ribs. Very convient
