4.5/10It’s been a few years since my last visit to a Tony Roma’s in Madrid and it’s a completely different experience. The food is insipid and only lukewarm. The hamburger had no flavour and tasted of caramelised onion only. The bun was sweet. Despite being only half full, the restaurant was very loud.

6.5/10Im a regular here. but the waiters and the chef tonight were not as good as usual. They were loudly speaking instead os servicing the customers. and the food was overcooked.

2/10Terrible service,had to wait ages to get served,got served the wrong drinks and then they gave us the wrong bill from the next door table.No apology given as well, worst service I've ever had will never be going back .

8/10The service was great, fast, and friendly. Unfortunately my pork ribs were quite dry compared to the juicy ones I had on my last visit, and my boyfriend’s beef ribs had more fat than meat, and the meat was dry and brittle. The discount makes things a great value, and the employees were totally nice, but the food experience wasn’t the higher quality we received as the last visit!
