We waited for a table. The food took forever and the order was not what we had ordered. We had already waited 30 minutes for the wrong food and the waiter and manager didn’t even bother apologizing. We left before the actual order came. The staff was rude, and every table around us was waiting for food forever. Many of the tables had food in front of one or two guests while the rest off the table waited for their plates. Never going to this place again. Worst restaurant experience in all Madrid

It’s been a few years since my last visit to a Tony Roma’s in Madrid and it’s a completely different experience. The food is insipid and only lukewarm. The hamburger had no flavour and tasted of caramelised onion only. The bun was sweet. Despite being only half full, the restaurant was very loud.

The restaurant was good but the service was sooo slow, we waited for a long time then they served the food cold. We had a very bad experience. We are all very disappointed.
