3/10What a mess! Tried it for the second time to see if it could improve but it didn't. With the exception of waiter Jose, the rest is a joke and an insult to Japan and Madrid.... Cheap chain, reheated food, overcooked. Maybe the maki rolls can save the rating to one star.
