7/10The menu and ordering is via a QR code/website on your smartphone. A paper menu on hand would be useful as you can't zoom in on the pictures. Service was ok and so was the food. presented very nicely though. Unfortunately they didn't have any eel/unagi on the menu. For us it means we won't go back because we we're looking forward to eating unagi.

5/10We wanted to feed our kids so we chose the place by the rating in the app. When booking in the Fork App I was really surprised with offer of -30% discount for the “a-la cart menu”, that was even suspicious, but images of the food looked nice so we went for it. When we came we were told there is no menu as such - only “buffet” offer. Since i was not hungry I decided i would not eat and simply spend the evening sitting at the table, checking out my phone and chatting with the family. When we went to pay [in the end] the restaurant insisted on charging us as four persons, not three [who actually ate]. They threatened to call police and shouted in Spanish [we speak only English]. Kids got frightened. I left sufficient cash to cover the bill of three, even left my mobile number and name in case they would have any further questions. My wife said the food was average quality. The ambience is definitely not cosy - dark black room with neon lights.
