Fusing Japanese cuisine with Italian from different regions is not only a great idea but also implemented with love and craftsmanship. The chef’s creativity shines through in every dish. The quality of ingredients is great. The service is caring and engaged but always discreet, making you feel like a valued guest. Each course tells a story of culinary excellence and cultural fusion. What a difference from those other fast-food all-you-can-eat sushi places in Rome! Grazie mille! We will definitely be back.
