Qabeli Palauw (door gekarameliseerde suiker gebruinde rijst met een deken van wortel, rozijnen, pistache en amandel). Onder de rijst vindt u malse stukjes lamsvlees. Bij dit gerecht krijgt u ook Daal (gestoofde rode linzen), Kofta (gehaktballetjes in tomatensaus met spliterwten) en Sabzi (spinazie)

PANJSHIR GERECHT

As always the hospitality is special at Sarban, the front of house staff explain the way the menu works and those involved in cooking the dishes come and explain each dish. You will not go wrong with the surprise menu - vegetarian or meat. Delicious.

The atmosphere is nice, the presentation of the food is also very nice. But to be honest the food is really cheap for the price. For that overall price I would expect more maindish/meat but the main dish was centered around chicken which is much cheaper and some of the side dishes were rather inedible for our taste. Overall the place is nice but the price is too high for what you get.

This was really great. A very welcoming staff, friendly and taking the time for everybody. Nice ambiance in the restaurant, and great dishes on the menu. You can opt for a surprise menu or go for the dishes on the menu (warning: they all look delicious). The quality of the food was superb, and staff stayed friendly the full night. I will definitely come back, and recommend Sarban to all!

These dishes and flavours were new to me. We got to taste a variety of dishes, the best of which were really superb (the dumplings that deserve a more sophisticated name than that, the spiced rice, the dessert plate). There was a homely, bustling atmosphere and very friendly serving staff.
