5/10The served did not give me what I ordered. I ended up with 2 small street tacos and nothing else even though I asked for rice and beans. The server said then I would get another item, but he didn’t amend the order so just two small street tacos for my husband’s birthday dinner. My husband said his burrito was fine, but the guacamole appetizer was served with Doritos not what you would typically expect from a Mexican or exen Texmex restaurant. Normally you would get corn chips or Tostitos either homemade or even out of a store package. But never Doritos which would overwhelm the guacamole. Very strange. Maybe that’s Mexican or Texmex in Spain.

7/10Drinks were good. Food was tasty but a little overpriced for the portions. We would've liked to order another drink but the waitress brought the bill without us asking, so we simply paid and left.

8.5/10My wife and I are from the US and are avid Mexican Food fans. We are in Madrid for work and thought some Mexican food sounded great. We located Tacocteleria and went on in. Everyone was nice. We had a little translation conflict, but managed just fine. The Guacamole was awesome! Tacos excellent as was the enchaladas suizas. Our lady helping us was not very helpful after we got our food. I would have like more beer and water at our table, never got asked. Other than that great casual place. We would go back!

9.5/10We celebrated our late Valentine's day there in this beautiful, unique restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant with a nice touch of Mexico. We liked the decoration too. But the best of course is the amazing, high quality, tasty food. We tried the nachos with guacamole, different tacos and a special mexican dessert, pan de elote. We were amazed by the richness, freshness of the tastes. And my coctail was also really delicious. We will come back here, definitely!

10/10Delicious mexican food. Cris was very kind and polite. It was a very pleasant night with family. Drinks are exotic, and food is just the way mexican food should be. I strongly recommend this place.

8.5/10We ordered a selection of the small tacos. Having read that the avocado was great I asked if we would get any as part of our order, to which the guy said yes. Shortly after we received a bowl of crispy tortillas smothered in avocado, lovely. Our small tacos arrived shortly after, all nice, especially the shrimp. When the bill arrived the 30% discount for early booking had not been taken off, naughty. New bill arrived and we had been charged 10 euros for the bowl of nacos with avo, double naughty! but we let it go, however be warned. We are an older couple with a limited budget so ticked our boxes however check your bill!

6.5/10The food was good, but very expensive for what actually arrived at the table. Without the discount it definitely would not have been worth it. The manager seemed friendly at first, but asked me to cancel the reservation, which meant that I was unable to accumulate yums for the reservation, and he was also a bit rude with one of the people in our party.

Dear Keith, many thanks for you review. The reason for the manager having asked you to cancel and re-do your reservation is because you booked 10 people and you were actually only 7. I think our manager explained you how reservations are managed by The Fork but you obviously never took it into consideration. Regarding the prices we will not argue on that, as they are clearly exposed on the menu and we are pretty much competitive in our local environment. We are sorry if you starved during your dinner.. but to be honest you guys (7 people) ordered less food than the 4 people sitted in the table next to you. Our manager is known for being a very friendly, educated and humble person.

10/10The food was delicious. Flavorful! They have us a smoky salsa that we poured on the food and it was so good! The croquettes were excellent. Would highly recommend.
