10/10Server was gracious and helpful. The sea bream and cuttlefish were nicely prepared. We appreciated the fact that we were able to eat earlier than at many Spanish restaurants. Good wine list; I had a very moderately-priced bottle of Godella from Valdeoras (Galicia) - about 31 euros - that was delicious. Location is not very far off the Gran Via.

10/10What a lovely evening from the first entrance to our farewell. Magnificent food, wonderful ambience, and great service. Still full from eating more than I should have. Won't regret it.

9/10Service was top Food was more than that. Excelent taste and the choise was good enough. ( vega, fish, meat) it was no problem to share all the dishes. Service perfect and freindly. Also they have some tastefull wines. The white from madrid.. love it Nothing more to say. Just keep it going strong.

9.5/10Interesting, unusual and delicious food and excellent service. We especially enjoyed the anchovies, grilled sweetbreads and padron peppers, stingray with ratatouille, and flan-like cheesecake for desert. They brought us complementary glasses of Cava at the end. Highly recommended!

10/10Eating at La Burbujeria was wonderful. Every course was unusual and amazing! Our waiter was great, attentive, explained choices and generally pleasant. Other wait staff were excellent too. I will remember this experience for ever.

7.5/10The food was really good , the service also. We had some small tapas and then sirloin as main course. However , we were the only guests in the restaurant at 14h , which is a pity since the restaurant is worth while.

Dear María, you were at our place on monday 7th and there were at the restaurant just 14 customers, as any regurlar monday, the restaurant can sit 50 guest at the same time. Cannot understand your comment. At la Burbujeria we take a lot of care to people, maybe you are thinking of other restaurant. Thanks for your comment

10/10We had 2 nights in Madrid and this was the first place we decided to try. Our Spanish was was terrible but the waiter's English was good enough to understand our tastes. He recommended some great starters and 2 main dishes which we split and his timing of each dish was perfect, didn't feel rushed, and definitely weren't left waiting too long. The Beef cheeks were absolutely amazing. The Hummus was best I have ever eaten, and the tiramisu was the exclamation point. We expected a nice experience, what we got, was so much more. Great Job guys! Thank you again.

10/10The server Alfonzo was great and was able to speak a little English with me. The food was scrumptious. I ordered the red snapper with a sauce that was yummy, maybe bechumel. It came with perfectly cooked potato slices. My Gin and Tonic was quite large and the crusty bread with olive oil completed my dinner. No room for dessert but I did have a cafe con leche. Highly recommend and depending on when you go, you may need reservations. It’s very cozy and not big.

10/10Absolutely amazing food and service! One of the best restaurants we visited on our trip. The steak was great but the sweet potatoes were a fantastic surprise. Every dish we had delicious and we highly recommend a visit.
