clearly a bad day for this restaurant. had a reservation, had to stand fifteen minutes while we waited for table to be ready, restaurant untidy, too many staff not doing anything, errors with food, had three dishes before any drinks came. we were offered free coffee and dessert, both stone cold. it's a shame because the sushi was delicious.

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience 😢 We made the reservation for 3pm but the kitchen closes at 3:45pm. The salmon sashimi arrived frozen 😢

We received our first plate after more than one hour and we finished almost a full bottle of wine waiting. For all you can eat but you cannot get your food, it does not make sense. Unfortunately, there is a lot of rice in the rolls and the fish although good, was extremely cold. The service was friendly and they tried their best but they have not figured out how to handle this kind of experience yet.

The bibam bap was served cold, which means everything that was in it was pre-cooked and not fresh. I have had bibam bap maybe 100 times at various restaurants around the world, and I have never seen it served cold. Cold rice, cold vegetables, cold meat. Was the kitchen being lazy or is this their style? Either way, it was not good at all. It came with “wagyu”, which was ground up and seemed no different than regular ground beef. Again, we have never seen ground wagyu before. Why would you grind up wagyu? We are not sure it was actually wagyu. We intended to order meat to grill at the table, but they did not honor the Fork deal for that.

This was a nice surprise, to find Kobe beef in Barcelona was a new experience for us. The service was good. The food was really beautiful presented and it was so good that I had the feeling it was melting in my mouth. I really recommend this place with all my heart.
