7.5/10Food was ok, very fresh, though all veggie dishes were overly vinegary. The only non alcoholic drink they serve is tap water (tasted of chlorine). Wine was ok

10/10Really delicious food in a cool and lively and intimate environment. The lamb was exceptional, the pea dish and prawn dish were both very memorable. The waitress suggested a yummy bottle of wine. I would definitely go back….100%.

The food was amazing. We made our reservation after seeing a shrimp dish. Said dish wasn't on the menu that night much to our disappointment, but Every. Single. Thing. we ordered was delicious, we even ordered something twice. It's a full experience, from the service, to the menu, to the actual food.

10/10It was an incredible dinner with the fastest service possible considering the incredible quality of every dish. Everything is expertly crafted and the flavour profiles of each dish are truly amazing. No two tasted the same and the variety you get with 4-5 dishes is so worth the money. Definitely make this a stop on your trip to Lisbon and have a dining experience you won’t soon forget !!

Some of the Lisbon gastro peeps I respect recommended this place so I decided to bring a visitor to what already looked like an overhyped Tasca. Truth be told we didn’t even get to try the food because Pedro, the owner, told us off because we missed our 15min late window (thanks Uber). I get it… you have demand and need to flip tables, but there is a respect and communication level that must be upheld with customers, and let’s face it… this isn’t La Tour d‘Argent… so stick your snotty attitude somewhere else. There’s enough competition in town and you’ll eventually become irrelevant ! And don’t use the excuse that you don’t bother or need to answer your phone when people try to reach you! Luckily we got a spot at Garrincha which is a consistent, creative and delicious spot.

2/10Happily sat people in front of us without a booking then we were told we were late even though we had to wait in line and arrived on time and there likely wasn’t a table. We were seated and it was just a show to make us uncomfortable. The space is so tiny and the tables are jammed together to optimise income. The food wasn’t special or interesting. The service was horrible. The staff kept screaming. Everything is broken including the plates, taps in the bathroom. I am all for the ambience but broken plates are a health hazard and taps that don’t turn off is not environmentally friendly. The staff were obnoxious. I don’t mind if the service is poor but I do mind when they are rude.

+1The food was fantastic but we especially enjoyed the overall ambience and atmosphere of this restaurant. Small but with a lot of character and staff that are so warm and welcoming. The food is interesting. A modern twist on traditional Portuguese produce with wider influence from other cultures/cuisine. They have a wide selection of wines

10/10This restaurant is awesome. Great staff and great tapas to choose from. Everything we had was so delicious. We will always remember the Scotch eggs, the Croaker in Beurre Blanc, and The Beet salad. Awesome night

+3Thank goodness we booked! This place is popular and there were queues before opening time. All the food we tried was absolutely delicious, even the unusual “it’s not a cheesecake” dessert, very yummy. Ambience was buzzing and staff were all super friendly, the dishes arrived separately giving time to experience each one individually. Overall fantastic!
