Happily sat people in front of us without a booking then we were told we were late even though we had to wait in line and arrived on time and there likely wasn’t a table. We were seated and it was just a show to make us uncomfortable. The space is so tiny and the tables are jammed together to optimise income. The food wasn’t special or interesting. The service was horrible. The staff kept screaming. Everything is broken including the plates, taps in the bathroom. I am all for the ambience but broken plates are a health hazard and taps that don’t turn off is not environmentally friendly. The staff were obnoxious. I don’t mind if the service is poor but I do mind when they are rude.

The food was fantastic but we especially enjoyed the overall ambience and atmosphere of this restaurant. Small but with a lot of character and staff that are so warm and welcoming. The food is interesting. A modern twist on traditional Portuguese produce with wider influence from other cultures/cuisine. They have a wide selection of wines

This restaurant is awesome. Great staff and great tapas to choose from. Everything we had was so delicious. We will always remember the Scotch eggs, the Croaker in Beurre Blanc, and The Beet salad. Awesome night

Thank goodness we booked! This place is popular and there were queues before opening time. All the food we tried was absolutely delicious, even the unusual “it’s not a cheesecake” dessert, very yummy. Ambience was buzzing and staff were all super friendly, the dishes arrived separately giving time to experience each one individually. Overall fantastic!

The music was too loud so difficult to have a conversation. The food was poor for tapas. We have had great wine in Lisbon but not in this restaurant. I needed to buy a snack afterwards as I was still hungry!!

The food here is truly excellent, offering traditional flavors with a unique and special twist. The service is also top-notch, making the whole experience very pleasant. The location itself is quite iconic, situated in a genuine Lisbon neighborhood with all the charm and character that comes with it. I particularly recommend going at lunchtime! My only minor feedback would be that the music was a little too loud for my taste, and I was quite sad to discover they don't serve coffee. For a Portuguese person, coffee after a meal is an essential part of the experience! Despite these small points, I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back.
