Taverna Cairoli is a more casual restaurant as the name “taverna” suggests. However the quality of the food and service did not disappoint! We had the sgagliozze, spaghetti assassina, and zampina (sausage). All were delicious and well presented. The service was attentive and the prices very reasonable. This was our final meal in Bari while on holiday and it was one of the best!

7/10Very tasty pasta and the pizzas were pretty good too, the staff were friendly if a bit chaotic. The food discount was honoured without us having to ask. We did notice other tables got served bread while we got nothing where usually the copperto charge gets you some small nibbles.

Delicious meal. I ordered the French fries by accident, but they were very tasty. The assassina pasta was wonderful. Highly recommended.

8/10It was a quiet Monday evening so ambience not great, even with outside table where most people eat. Had a problem with Internet, so could not read QR code for menu. Paper one listed chiefly pasta and pizza, whereas website showed many other dishes, especially starters, which was disappointing not to have. Settled for pizzas, which were well made and cooked, very enjoyable. Friendly, helpful service.

Very nice young gentleman on staff who speaks English well ! Aperol very good and the pizza perfect and very big . Prices affordable . I heartily recommend !
