6/10The reaction of one of the restaurant staff because of the smoke from our bbq was very unpleasant and unexpected. The restaurant is a place where we should be able to enjoy precisely our meat directly cooked on open fire. My guests and I were really disappointed and indeed unhappy about this particular staff attitude. Our final bill was over chf.500.- we thought he could have a bit of consideration for his customers !

9.5/10Excellent food. Best charbonnade ever, in Geneva, at least. Waiters are very friendly. Prices are honest, given it's Switzerland and the quality of the meat is superb.

4/10This was my third time at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it confirmed my suspicions from previous visits. The first two times, I left with the feeling that the bill wasn’t quite right, so this time, I made a point of checking it carefully. They have a meat cave where you select your cut, and it's charged by weight. When the bill arrived, I noticed I was overcharged by approximately 75 CHF. On top of that, the waiter did not initially provide a receipt. When I asked for one, he only showed me a screen with a total amount charged for the meat—without any breakdown of the meat’s weight. At this point, it's not about the cost but about the lack of transparency and the feeling of being taken for a fool. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place.
