5.5/10We arrived exactly at our reservation time. She said they cannot serve us, they are closing. I said, we have a reservation with Fork. She insisted she did not have our reservation. I showed it to her, so she agreed to serve us. Then she refused to give us the discount, saying it did not matter that I had proof, she did not have the reservation. We loved the Den, and they ruined it for us.

10/10Our daughter has a severe food allergy and they were extremely attentive with this matter. The food was WONDERFUL even as non-vegetarian food lovers 💛 to be repeated for sure!

9.5/10The food is so good and very filling. The "chicken" schnitzel tastes like chicken, and the "salmon" tasted like fish! I'm not sure how they do it, but it's delicious! We'll be back!

3.5/10The Den has decreased significantly in quality. We were the only ones there for brunch and it still took about 40min for the food to arrive. One of the orders was nothing like the description, missing half of the ingredients. The rest was very basic food, more similar to something you expect in a canteen rather than a restaurant. The "meia de leite" (hot, of course) was served in a small glass without handles, leading us to ask for a cup instead of a glass and realizing that it could barely fill half the cup you expect it to be served in. The waiter was very understanding and did what he could to resolve the issues when we raised them but there is clearly a severe management issue. There is a lot of potential and I wish them the best but will not be eating there for a long time.

9.5/10We went for the first time to The Den and really enjoyed the food, I tried the vegan salmon and it was delicious, I only wished that it came with less of the sides (it was really a lot ahah) and a little more vegan salmon. The deserts and juice were supeer good as well :)

8.5/10The restaurant has very interesting concept. Nice food. We had green curry which didn’t taste like curry at all, but the taste was good anyway. Nice service, a bit cold Ambiente.

6.5/10The service went from bad to it could not get worse. the menu did not have half of the things available but the worse was really that the lady serving had 0 empathy. She acted like she could not care less. In between a few things we ordered burger with smashed potatoes and egg. After a long time she told us they dont have the potatoes and I needed to chose a salad or fries which I did not want because I ordered extra fries on purpose. It took a long time again to bring the burger which had no egg, when we asked she said: because we dont have it. We said: maybe next time you can inform the customer to which she rudely answered: but the restaurant got full. And I said: there was no people at all when we ordered and you came saying the potatoes were not available to which she again rudely replied: but it became full after…?! The experience was really ruined by her attitude that was already not great from the beginning and just kept going worse and worse besides the fact that they barely had food available. The food was good
