The waiters were very stressed. Waiters and guests were constantly rushing past my table, which was not very pleasant. The beef tartare was not seasoned and there were no additional spices available. The truffle pasta was very oily. On the other hand, the house wine was very good and served at the right temperature.

Good morning, our restaurant is very busy year-round, and even more so during this holiday season. It's impossible for me to maintain a relaxing and quiet atmosphere due to the large number of diners. We serve the tartare with minimal seasoning to please all our guests, but we would have been happy to accommodate any of your requests regarding seasonings. Regarding the tagliolini with truffle, I apologize if the amount of butter was excessive; we could have remade the dish at your request. I hope you'll return to our restaurant again, and I'll be sure to give you the most private table and personally oversee your dinner.
