Food and wine excellent. The service was okay. Bad karaoke in the background not really conducive of a nice dining experience. Check the bill: Wine was 20 euro more than on the menu.

Good food, but not worth the visit. The waiter (Massimo?) was terribly upselling and tried to „forget“ the downpayment we made for the reservation and charge us double. Bad person.

Dear Mr. Rettenmeier, we are truly sorry to read your comment and regret that your experience ended with a misunderstanding. We would like to clarify that your reservation included a prepaid deposit of €200, which had been duly registered and clearly communicated to our team in advance. At the end of your dinner, our waiter – as is standard with larger tables – reviewed the full bill with you (€279 total), simply to go through each item transparently before applying the prepaid amount. The final amount due was in fact €79, after subtracting the deposit. At no point was there any intention to charge the full amount again. We take integrity and professionalism very seriously, and we stand by our team, who acted with courtesy and clarity throughout the evening. We’re always open to dialogue when there are doubts, but we believe that such serious accusation are not justified by the facts. Kind regards

We dined here as a family group of 9 for a birthday meal and to celebrate the start of a holiday together. The food was all delish and the waiter was very clued up on all the produce and made some great wine suggestions. We all enjoyed the food and evening.

The food was fine and as expected but the experience was terrible and we had to leave early. There was a partially live “one-man” band playing and singing so loud that it was effectively impossible to have a conversation or even hear the waiters questions an instructions. After an hour of not being able to hear each other, we had to move to a different restaurant for dessert.

We’re truly sorry that the live music affected your overall enjoyment. Every Tuesday evening during the summer months, we host a live piano and voice performance in our outdoor area – a weekly event designed to add a refined and relaxed atmosphere to the dining experience. As the music takes place outdoors, the sound generally disperses naturally and is appreciated by many of our guests. That said, we understand that preferences can vary. It is part of our usual practice to ask guests, when seating them, whether they’d prefer a table closer to the music, farther away, or inside the restaurant, so that we can respect each guest’s preferred dining atmosphere. Wow, wow, wow! Truly a beautiful experience! Alessandro was incredibly knowledgeable about the delicious wines. The service was first class and the food blew our minds! We will be coming back. Highly recommend this restaurant (it was all so delicious!)
