Menu was just not at same level as other michelin stars over past few days - maybe trying too hard, and much more expensive but just did not deliver - no wow factor, dissapointing. Service took 45 min after sat at table to get bread ; ingredient mix was just not quite there. Sorry.

We did the tasting menu and the food was ok. Some weird ingredient pairing that seemed to over complicated and muddled the flavors but other items were wonderful! We did the wine pairing as well and didn’t enjoy the pairings. A few were cocktails instead of wine, which I couldn’t drink. Service was ok, but slow and there were only a few tables in the restaurant. If not a michelin star place it would have been ok, but I expected more.

The location and service were great, and it was an OK experience overall. Didn't enjoy some of the food items, but the others were interesting and memorable. Taste-price-wise it is disconnected from reality and should deliver more.

Food was good, but didn't wow me, seems over priced. Items not explained well. Wife ordered a pasta dish, was raw meat not told. She doesn't eat, so when explained all they did was remove the meat leaving just pasta and sauce, poor for an expensive dish.

When i booked i expected what it is, a Michelin star experience. It wasn’t nearly as close of what it is. If it wasn’t because the service was good this would have been one of the biggest disappointments in this matter. First they offered pizza napoletana in the menú and i ordered as a starter: the pizza felt like it was frozen, the crust was dry and bad tasting, the sauce felt like they used a generic store bought tomato sauce. The cheese was horrible. Next we shared tagliatelle al Ragú, which we were told it was one of the recommended dishes. There was nothing special about this the sauce it seemed they used the same store bought as the pizza and lacked of something special, really disappointing. We ordered the truffle steak, which in flavor and execution was fine, but also lacks of the Michelin star factor, it was a dish that could be served anywhere else. This might have saved the review of getting a 0, because at least was good in flavor.

The food is amazing; the service impeccable- the only downside is the decor - it’s disappointing for the experience - though I’m sure summer when the view of the lake is in sight during the day it is great. I think they could benefit from a wine wall that has a wow factor - it would just make the whole experience more special. But definitely worth going to

Friendly staff, good table, good wine selection as well as dishes to choose from. Service was timely and dishes were of good taste and appearance. Menu online was not the same anymore as in the restaurant. The view on Lugano was somewhat obstructed by plastic screens to keep the temperature nice as one in fact was sitting on a covered terrace.
