I PIATTI FORTI - Provate i fiori di zucca in pastella ripieni di ricottina di bufala, il polpo croccante con crema di pane pomodoro e peperone arrostito, la stracciatella di Andria con mandorle e paprika affumicata e il filetto di manzo ai porcini freschi con cubi di patate al timo.
