7/10Reservation is definitely recommended as it is a small restaurant. Staff was friendly. I’m a BAO lover so, of course I had to ask one for a starter. But I was disappointed. Didn’t like the dough nor the sauce. For that price (5€, one piece), I’d expect something better. The ramens were ok. But that’s just that. The noodles were quite nice actually but the rest, nothing that’s memorable and will make me want to come back. Honest opinion was that it was a bit overpriced on the starters. For the mains (ramens), it’s in line with other places of the same kind.

5.5/10Conclusion: - Good Service - Tough location - Good enough interior - Not ao great food. We were four and the goal was to know this ramen place by ordering all different ramen plates. Besides that we tried the guiozas and the soft shell bao. Guiozas were very good (they were out of the vegetable option but the pork ones were nice); The bao was disappointing, very small and tasted of oil, not crab; The ramen was okay.. not what we expected with the intervention of Go Juu (one of the best sushi places in Lisbon). The noodles were weird, the ingredients were subpar and most importantly the broth was not good. Out of all of them the spiciest one was the best but spice is not for everyone. The waiter was amazing though.

6.5/10We were the first customers and the waitress did not seem very friendly. The noodles were disappointing, the broth was okay. The waitress asked if we wanted the check, seemed to want us to leave soon after the meal.

6/10nothing was particularly surprising or worthy of repeating the visit. the space isn't exactly welcoming. the service, although nice, was a bit disorganized. Getting to the food, the expectations were high due to all the reviews we saw and also because it was a Go Juu restaurant. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to them. They didn't have some of the starters available, the crab bao was disappointing. The ramen, on the other hand, was good but not surprising.

10/10Tonkotsu is the best, most authentic-tasting ramen place in Lisbon. The noodles are homemade and the broth has a depth of flavor you won't find anywhere else. The soft shell bao and the panacotta are must tries too.

7.5/10The food is really nice and tasty, we got 2 good starters and chicken and veggie ramens. The veggie ramen could be tastier. The girl that works there is really nice. But I didn't like the music, it was loud for a restaurant, and because I don't like that kind of music it was disturbing.

10/10Best ramen I had. Much better than everything I had tried before. The service was quick and excellent and the people were really nice there. Would 100% recommend.
