We enjoyed an exceptional lunch at this charming restaurant. It is Michelin recognised and recognised by the Italian chefs association. This small family restaurant, owned and operated by generations since 1964, has beautiful views of the lake below. We did the ala carte menu. My wife loved the artichoke starter. We had the venison, our friends had the pigeon and loved it. The spice cake chocolate dessert was amazing. We had a beautiful local red wine, highly rated on Vivino and reasonably priced. The host, Luca, is the brother of the chef, Paulo Trippini, the bar next door is operated by their sister.

The restaurant is situated in one of the most beautiful settings. The food was superb, much better than what we expected. The presentation was unique and the service was impeccable. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended

This was a highly disappointing meal. All courses, with the exception of the pork main course, completely lacked flavor. The pork was somewhat flavorful, but the skin was not crisp and the flavor was dulled by the insipid sauce. The breads were stale and the touted olive ice cream icy. The view is lovely, though.

This is first rate food deserving of a Michelin star but at reasonable prices. The view from the dining room is spectacular. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.
