This was the worse dining experience I have ever experienced. We had a reservation for 8 people and after 2 hours, four people in our group had not been served. We had to leave after two hours because our transportation came to get us, but the restaurant refused to remove the items we did not receive from our bill. When we asked about the food, they kept telling us”it will be five more minutes “, but after 45 minutes it still wasn’t served. All the while, other guest who came to the restaurant much later than our group, were served their food. If I could give the restaurant a negative number, I would. My only advice is to stay away from that restaurant. It was horrible!!!

The neopolitan pizza is out of this world! Will be highly recommending to others who stop in town. The clams appetizer was also delicious and fresh as well.

We found Antica Rupe because of its offer for fish and shellfisch. In the restaurant we saw the menu and we were happy to choose many options. Once the waiter picked up our order he told us there was no shellfisch, no other fish :( We could choose some fries and a fishragout which was not tasty. But, all other guests who made a meat order were very happy, and the pizza's looked very good.

Hidden gem in a quiet corner of Orvieto, serving excellent seafood and several dishes of the neapolitan culinary tradition. The service is very efficient and friendly and the owner was exceptionally nice to us. Prices are also very reasonable. The only disappointment was that they do not serve pizza at lunch time.

It’s so loud in this restaurant! I did not enjoy that aspect, especially the loud music that was blaring out of the speaker beside me. The food is pretty good but I had much better elsewhere in Orvieto. You can skip this one.

We had an excellent lunch here upon our arrivial in Orvieto. Although they spoke minimal English, the online menu has English. Everything went smoothly. We started with some excellent fried anchovies and then shared a truffle pizza and pasta with clams, all very tasty and prepared perfectly. The wines by the glass were excellent and the pours were a good size. Also, it's not really a tourist place, it seems to be family-run and very welcoming.

Molto buono! We enjoyed a very nice evening. The menue offers many dishes either fish or meat based. Good quality and nice presentation. We had from starters to main courses with fish and pasta for vegetarian and pizza till deserts all. Everything perfect. Very kind service. Good house wine. Will love to come again to try other dishes. In cucina Napolitani! ???? Can really recommend
