10/10I had a fantastic experience at Umami by Han in Eindhoven. I chose the social dining menu along with one dish from the street food menu, and every bite was absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold, refined, and perfectly balanced, and each dish felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The social dining menu is a great way to explore a variety of dishes, and the street food option was just as impressive. The service truly stood out, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Great food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere. Umami by Han is definitely a place I’d happily return to and recommend to anyone visiting Eindhoven.

10/10It is a well balanced menu with something for everybody. The social menu was nicely set out and sharing the plates with my spouse was a great dining experience. Plate sizes were well thought through to have a good, tasty and pleasant diner. The restaurant looked great and was cozy and pleasant. It was not busy when we visited.

10/10This was a belated birthday dinner for my wife. We decided to try the Social Dining Menu and it was amazing! My wife does not like meat, so she had the vegetarian and fish options, I had a bit of both (and some of her hers). It turned out to be a lot of food, but everything was delicious, so we ate it all! Everything paired with a nice glass of wine and some of their teas. We had a great night and a lovely birthday dinner! 100% recommended!

Een review is altijd heel belangrijk voor ons zowel positief of minder goed, dit is voor ons heel belangrijk om eventuele verbeterpunten te introduceren of bestaande procedures met het team te verversen. Wij vinden het heel betreurend dat u een niet volledige positieve ervaring heeft gehad . Dit betekent dat wij niet geslaagd zijn in onze missie. Vanzelfsprekend hebben wij uw commentaren besproken tijdens onze dagelijkse meeting met de nadruk op de als langzaam ervaren bediening! Het was fijn om te lezen dat u de creaties van onze chefs heeft geapprecieerd dit is natuurlijk ook teruggekoppeld aan ons keuken team. Ik hoop van harte dat deze welgemeende communicatie naar u enigszins uw vertrouwen in Umami by Han Eindhoven heeft hersteld en hopen u weer te mogen ontvangen om onze ware kwaliteiten tentoon te stellen. 10/10This was my first time visiting Umami by Han, and I was genuinely impressed! The place has a modern, stylish yet relaxed vibe. I went for the gastronomique three course menu, every course I got 2 dishes, which was super interesting and delicious. The ceviche seabass and black cod were the highlights — very flavorful and beautifully done. The staff was lovely, welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore something new!

3/10We were two adults, a husband and his wife, with our child aged 7. We got our food just after 10 minutes, but our child got her food after two hours! When we decided to leave, the waitress came with her food and said we could take it with us. We denied paying for our food, it was cold as we waited for our daughters food to arrive, We were allowed to pay only for our drinks, which was two beers, one ice tea and a bottle of still water. We were shocked to see they charged us €8,5 for a bottle of still water! And to be honest, it was a horrible experiance, but the waitress did her best from what she said she was allowed to.
