+1This is one of the best restaurants in Western Europe to take a business guest. My advice - go for the tasting menu, 4-7 courses (you choose). You will be treated to a festival of wonderful international flavours, exquisitely presented. The standard is stunning; what is served changes constantly. But, also, the charming waitress staff know the story of what they are serving, reacting promptly to requests, and always share a smile. This is clearly a family restaurant that understands the value of fine dining. Always busy, so you must book in advance. Free parking. Finally, if you have a deadline to leave, let them know. Our meal was managed so we could enjoy 10 minutes at the end for coffee. Out the door to Schiphol at 8 pm exactly. Brilliant!

If you want proof that Eindhoven’s dining scene can match the ambition of its tech ecosystem, spend an evening at De Luytervelde. On this visit, my guest and I chose the five-course tasting menu and were taken on a confident, beautifully paced journey across Europe and Asia. This was not fusion for effect, but a thoughtful dialogue between cuisines. Familiar flavours re-imagined, unexpected combinations that made sense the moment they landed on the plate. Each course felt composed rather than clever, generous without being heavy. What really elevates De Luytervelde is the service. Attentive, informed, and quietly precise. Every dish was introduced with just the right amount of context, no rehearsed theatrics, no unnecessary flourishes. The team anticipated the rhythm of the evening perfectly, allowing conversation to flow, courses to arrive precisely when you wanted them, and the table to feel looked after without ever feeling managed. Friendly, professional, and never intrusive.

It was really nice, we went there for our wedding anniversary. Two remarks we have are that they need balance the tastes a bit for brave recipes (e.g., the salmon), also for the main course they need to work on the consistency of the cooking of the meat (the meat color and the softness was different between my plate and my wife's plate). But everything else was splendid.

It was a special occasion for us and the restaurant staff went out of their way to make us feel really comfortable! The food is excellent, cooked to perfection and served promptly! The restaurant is upscale, yet still manages to make us feel cozy and at home. Would absolutely recommend to everyone looking for premium business dining location and something really special for family/friends get-together!
