Service with no smile! Side dish came out 10 mins before main course. One of our main meals came out 10 mins before the other meal.

I booked a table for two in Vasame. Pizza was delicious and atmosphere was good. It was nice to receive welcome glass of Prosecco. But very disappointing that the discount of 20% discount for la cart menu was not given to us. They told it will be applied for the next visit. For other bookings via the fork the discount was given for the first visit.

Spectacular pizza. The lady at the door who gives you the table is very unfriendly but the waiter was nice.

Good was outstanding, decorated in a really clean, fresh and trendy way. Music was great too. Service was really, really poor. Had to go and ask for first course, dessert and bill at the till. Shame as it could be brilliant
