6/10I had a very bad experience at Veggie Garden last Sunday. I booked a table via The Fork and went to have lunch with my friend. The app offered the possibility to pay via The Fork, and this is what I did. When I showed the confirmation of payment to the waiter he told me that it is not possible to pay via The Fork and they are not collaborating with The Fork at all. He insisted that I should cancel my payment via The Fork and pay my bill there at the site. So, I had to pay again. The Fork is now looking into my payment cancellation request, but I have no idea when/if I’ll be able to get my money back… This is an experience I don’t recommend to anyone. 🙁
