Honestly the staff was absolutely amazing… atmosphere was extremely cool. The room was mesmerizing. Everything that came out of the kitchen was interesting and delicious. The staff absolutely killed it and were so sweet and engaging. We had an amazing time because of the three of them

The food was amazing, it was all great but there was also some real stand out dishes. The staff were all great and provided brilliant service, just the right level of professional verses friendly which created a lovely atmosphere. It was our wedding anniversary and on arrival they bought us a glass of fizz to celebrate which was a lovely touch. We absolutely loved our evening at Vibe, amazing people, exceptional food, perfect vibe (excuse the pun!)

Nice place but the decoration lacks some soul… could be because it’s a Michelin star experience but the experience is sophisticated but still far from Michelin star… The food good but not great! Lacks some spark in at least 2 or 3 dishes… The restaurant was quite empty which could have added to the lack of vibe…

Some of these dishes we fear were not tested by the chef as least 50% of 9 dishes were below average and missed the mark either due to flavours being unbalanced which is the norm/essential for restaurants of this type/price point. Also these dishes didn’t result in the desired intense recreation of the flavours of dishes used for inspiration. The Pad Thai being a very good example. On a good note Staff were great.

It was absolutely Devine, the food, the atmosphere and the service was absolutely splendid! Every dish had its own unique flavour which was amazing, it felt like music on my tongue, each bite was like a firework making all the taste buds get into action. My personal favourite dish was the stingray and the mango sticky rice! Both of them are surely very memorable, nothing like I’ve ever tried before ,which is amazing. Me and my family really enjoyed VIBE and hope to come back again for another round of such amazing food. Thank you so much Mattia Stanchieri for bringing Thai cuisine to life through this experience!

Amazing food and experience. Great cocktails and wine pairing to go along with a seasonally changing menu. Experiencing Thailand with local Portuguese ingredients was lovely and I would definitely come back next time I am in town! Cheers to the chef’s honeymoon which was the inspiration for this menu. I was on my honeymoon as well and it was truly a wonderful experience.

We had a great time at the restaurant. We tried the Thailand – The Honeymoon 12 moments menu with wine pairing. Everything was really good – the food, the wine, and the service. Each dish was tasty and beautifully presented, and the wines went really well with the food.

one of the best food experiences I have enjoyed in over 40 years in the hotel business...The KEY concept of opening the world to different tastes and presentations was unique and refreshing... having a chance to be close to the kitchen and talk to Mattia was a special touch. Each course was better than the next...The waitstaff was excellent and did a fantastic job...we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and what a beautiful restaurant .. decor and lighting highlighted the great food presentation.. I can't emphasize how wonderful it was and reccomend anyone to share this experience for a truly great night! Recently opened.. this will become one of the best restaurants in Lisbon.
