The menu is creative, and uses only the best local ingredients. As chef Julià Bernet said to us : “we aim to lift the already great ingredients to another level”. Well, they did just that. I had the Menu Tradició with wine pairing. My vegetarian wife got great vegetarian alternatives for the non-veggie dishes. And, the service was immaculate. Can’t fault this restaurant. Highly recommended.
