I love raclette, I love prosecco, champagne... So I booked a night with a friend at Sabrage and we had a lovely dinner. The owners seem to be very passionate and experienced restauranteurs and they shared the story of Sabrage, the ceremonial art of opening a champagne bottle with a sword. Everything on the menu is meant to go with Champagne.  We started with a bowl of olives, champagne cocktails, the smoked salmon appetizer and then chose which "main"  option to have with our raclette.  I went with the duck leg confit, and my friend chose the proscuitto.  We chose a bottle of sparkling wine to go with the meal and we had a fabulous meal. With a tight, focussed food menu centered on raclette with accompaniment options, an extensive Champagne and sparkling wine list an elegant atmosphere and excellent service this is a perfect place for a celebration.  We just celebrated Raclette and Champagne!

This place is a real gem. Mary and Alan are wonderful and kind hosts. Doing the Sabrage was a unique experience. The atmosphere is super cozy and elegant!!! 10/10 for sure.
