Everything was awesome and the food was exquisite, including service that was great. Only issue I had was a feeling I got regarding the way dishes were added to the bill. I ordered a starter for us to share, we got two plates with what looked like that starter cut in half for us to share, but eventually we were charged for two starters, an extra 20 euros. Additionally, a bread was served without us requesting it. When dishes served without ordering them, I usually assume they're complimentary, but that also wasn't the case and we got charged for that. Other than those two billing events, everything was great.

Michelin star standards at very reasonable price. Stylish decor; impeccable top notch service and creative, delicious, and beautifully arranged dishes with excellent sourced ingredients. The highlight of our Rome culinary discovery and surely will return.

We had an amazing experience at Vitti Il restaurant. The menu is elaborate and offers a fantastic fusion of two of the best cuisines: Italian and Japanese. The service is excellent and will guide you through your culinary journey. We will definitely come back to try many other creations from the chef.

This hidden gem was phenomenal. I’ve eaten at countless 2&3 star Michelin restaurants and you can immediately see this place is on its way. Service was outstanding. Food was equally creative and complex. Very exited to return here on my next trip to atone.

The food is really good (beef tartar, seabass tartar, pasta with seafood and the best, the deer, followed by truly excellent desserts). The ambiance is bit "international hotel", not very cosy. The wine list is disappointing: some good bottles (even within reasonable prices), but a bit light (less than 50 wines) and the selection by the glass is not at the level of the food. So a very good restaurant, but still some areas of improvement to get a Michelin star.

While the quality of the ingredients and techniques used in preparing the meal were quite high, the best that can be said for the majority of the meal was that it was interesting. Most of the dishes felt as if they were trying too hard to be unusual or different - often at the expense of being enjoyable. Some were just plain bland while others were overwhelmed by a single seasoning - typically salt. Trying to hard sums up the food. At €460 for 3, I had expected better.

Hands down this was the best restaurant for food, wine, service and ambience during our trip to Rome, Venice and Florence. Very creative menu with a mix of Italian and Asian cuisine. My two favorite courses were the wagyu and the scallops with foie gras. Phenomenal dinner and dining experience.

Great dinner with fusion food. The chef used French ,Japanese and Italian influences in his creations. Waiters were very friendly and the atmosphere was relax. We celebrated my wife's birthday and they arranged a chocolate cake for her . Great wines and it was definitely worth the money.

Great restaurant with good ambitions, well worth a visit when in Rome. European with Japanese touch. Good value for money. The canapés before the meal, were perhaps the most creative; I especially liked the foie gras macaron! Good service. I would do following improvements: 1) Better (perhaps less loud) music, 2) offer a drink-pairing package.

The place was fantastic for a dinner with your loved one,the flavour is very good but is not for everyone ,i suppose is only for who have a discriminating palate ,the japanese style is a really peculiar thing that you cannot find everywhere,i would recommend if you are in search of something new.

This is an amazing restaurant and staff. The food is definitely Michelin star quality. We had 2 different tasting menus, each dish was unique and sublime.’ The manager came to the table and explained each dish, I got to meet the chef and kitchen crew. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Thus is an exceptional new restaurant, clearly destined for Michelin Star territory. He earned them at two prior venues. We have known the chef for more than three decades and have watched his talent grow. There are three tasting menus only; No a la carte. But trust the chef and his crew. If you are passionate about sophisticated and unique dining, you have come to the right place.
