A hidden gem inside Mercato Trionfale! La Flaca Market isn’t a typical restaurant — it’s right inside the market, surrounded by stalls and buzzing with local life. The menu is small, fresh, and incredibly creative. Every dish is packed with flavor and made from ingredients sourced on the spot. My favorite? The AOP — tagliolino with garlic, olive oil, chili, pink shrimp tartare, and ’nduja crumble. An absolute flavor bomb. Ask for the daily specials — Giorgio is a fantastic host and always has something fresh up his sleeve. One of Rome’s best-kept secrets!
