the first thing you observe is the lovely elegant decor in the restaurant. the amuse bouche was tasty. Ours mains and desserts were well presented, fantastic cooking and very tasty. deserts were likewise. The petit four at the end of the meal delicious. All round excellent and good value fine dining.

Would be nice that the person greeting you was more friendly especially when the customers are smiling. Don’t start using cleaning product while customers are still eating. This took away the experience of a good restaurant. Dishes were nice and very well presented..

The restaurant is elegantly furnished, with subtle and tasteful accents. Service is top notch as expected from a Michelin starred restaurant. The food was creative, with a thoughtful use of organic and high quality ingredients. I would recommend the menu wauthier wich includes entree, main dish, desert , champagne and wine pairing .

Outstanding restaurant. Really very tatsy and well-prepared food, good choice of dishes, very friendly service, good location in the centre of St Germain. We have visited many times and never been less than extremely satisfied.

we had dinner under the new Covid curfew restrictions (restaurant has to close at 9PM): we arrived at 6:45Pm and had a nice dinner. the food is very good, it is a small restaurant with around 20 tables so reservation is needed. service and setting are also very good.
